A spot of Gorge Scrambling – Jacky Fitt

Gorge Scrambling (aka some of the most fun you can have in a wetsuit …)

Pulse racing.

Water cascades down over head and shoulders; hands grasping boulders and moss covered crevices; pushing up through the racing white foam.

The pull of the current and the thrill of the challenge.

Clear deep plunge pools and climbing frames of rotting tree trunks, swirlling eddies and slippery ledges.

Fealing the fear and doing it anyway.

Clinging to someone you’ve only just met, now totally trust.

Supporting others, being a team – enjoying life together.
