What’s new for 2016?
Mountain Mayhem is a legendary event, so while the organisers do a fantastic job of organising what goes on on the track, we’ve been working to expand on what is on offer for those not on the track. For the 2016 event we’ve organised a great area for all the family featuring:

  • A climbing wall
  • Bushcraft Demos and Classes
  • Dare 2b MAD Mountain Bike Display Team
  • Mountain Bike skills instruction
  • Slacklining
  • OEX Camping display and demos

We’ll also be running an on site shop featuring:

  • Mountain bike spares (anything can happen in 24 hours)
  • Essential camping equipment
  • Fantastic camping deals
  • Exclusive offers

The shop will also feature the exclusive GO Outdoors Mountain Mayhem jersey, created by Zucci powered by Calibre. Here’s a preview of what to expect:

If you’re a mountain biker, Mountain Mayhem is a challenge that you need to try, and with so much to do for all the family, you’ve got no excuse to not come along.

Singletrackworld recently asked organiser Pat Adams, what makes Mountain Mayhem so special? He said:

“Our aim is to make all our competitors feel like they’ve achieved something. In a world where you can spend hours sitting in front of a computer, and you can ride a whole virtual Tour de France on a turbo trainer in your front room, there’s still room for a real challenge.”

We couldn’t have said it better ourselves. See you there!

Mountain Mayhem takes place 17th – 19th June 2016 at Gatcombe Park, Gloucestershire.
