Familiar residents of space spotted in GO Outdoors Manchester over Bank Holiday weekend.
GO Outdoors Manchester was invaded by some rather imperial visitors over the weekend during out big Bank Holiday events thanks to the Urban Exchange. The site where GO Manchester is situated hosted a ‘Lost in Space’ weekend with plenty of fun for all the family.
Urban Exchange put on a great weekend which happened to coincide with our own Bank Holiday day only promotions. Customers at GO Outdoors Manchester were greeted by the likes of Storm Troopers and Boba Fett. The event stretched throughout the Urban Exchange retail park but the Storm Troopers especially took a shine to the atrium of the GO Outdoors store.
Events included face painting and photo opportunities. We did attempt to get the Storm Troopers to trade in their light sabres for a sturdy walking pole, but they were a little on the quiet side.
A big thank you to Urban Exchange for putting on a great event, a lot of fun had by customers and staff over the weekend.
